I'm Amelia, well most people call me Amy, but I had to make my mom proud by using my real name when I started my business! I am a lifestyle photographer native to Richmond, Virginia. What does that really mean? I photograph anything and everything that includes people experiencing life, whether that be the day you say "I do" , your babies first days of life, a milestone birthday, or just that beautiful holiday card with your family! I have a BFA from VCU and started out as an art and photography teacher. My passion for photography turned into a career, with lots of love and support from my husband, Andy. After we had our wild and truly unique little boy, Finnegan, I wanted more flexibility and an outlet for independent creativity. I absolutely love what I do, working with people to capture their most cherished life moments brings me so much joy, I literally can't imagine doing anything else! I would love the opportunity to meet you and learn more about how I can preserve your most precious memories.
